這次我們選13樓的雙床房，13樓是特殊樓層，電梯抵達後還會多一道門禁，門禁進去後的公共空間有咖啡機、製冰機、微波爐、交誼廳、一台飛輪、至少四種罐裝飲料任房客使用，公共區域的咖啡機還可以拿到房間使用（咖啡機的咖啡真的好喝），然後一樓大廳備有各項一次性使用的備品，13樓的公共區域也備有各項備品就不需要再跑到一樓拿。不過一樓大廳也有咖啡機、飲料機可供房客使用，但有時間限制。 浴室內的浴缸非常大，除了吹風機之外還有離子夾可以使用。
一進到房間內有階梯，因為帶有嬰兒推車會有點不方便。房間內的大小偏小，大部分的空間都使用在浴室，所以浴室很大浴缸也超大。 因為我們垃圾的體積偏大（例如空的奶粉罐、空的飲料罐、空的泡麵碗等等）垃圾桶太小放不進去，即便我們放在垃圾桶旁邊，並寫上了這些是可丟棄的垃圾（英文），打掃阿姨仍然不會幫忙清潔垃圾桶以外的垃圾，這點有點困擾
